Studio 605 is a local Kansas City architect specializing in everything from tear-downs and buildups to half-bath remodels. Founder and architect, John Schutt, is a California native now based in Kansas City. Attending his undergrad at the University of California - Berkeley and his graduate degree from the University of Arizona State, John has been a licensed architect for over thirty years.

Studio605's goal is to provide refined design, construction, and selling services all under the same roof. Quality control being such an important facet of architecture and construction, streamlining the process makes is easier for us and for you. Additionally, given our time in the industry, we have built trusted relationships for any and all services that may need to be sourced externally.
